History is littered with examples of athletes that used sports to escape perilous surroundings, but even more plentiful are the countless youngsters that were casualties of their environments. Unfortunately, Peoria (IL) Manual jr OT, Logan Tuley-Tillman has seen his share of the latter. Now that his chance to get out is quickly approaching, he refuses to be one of those that falls by the wayside.
